This is a very tremendous true statement provided by Count Leo Tolstoy. When you do good you feel good. It really makes you feel as if you are living.It brings you happiness, success, and fulfillment. Doing bad brings you misery and failure. Doing wrong makes you feel as if you aren't living. You can be wealthy and living by materialistic things. However, you can be poor in terms off happiness and success. You determine who you want to be. For example everything that is right isn't always popular and everything that is popular isn't always right.

Duties and responsibilities: Optometrist typically do the following: perform vision tests and analyze results. Diagnosis sight problems, such as nearsightedness or farsightedness, and eye diseases, such as glaucoma. Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids, and if state laws permits, medications.

Education: Doctoral or professional degree

Demands & Need For This Profession: Employment of optometrist is projected to grow 17 percent from 2016-2026, much faster than the average for all occupations. Because vision problems seem to occur more frequently later in life, an aging population will lead to demand for more optometrist.

Reflection: This is something I would love to do. I have family members who can't see very well and i think me getting more involved in something I can relate to will be a good thing. Family members such as my grandma, grandpa, brother, sister, mom, uncles, and cousins. I think that this is a very good profession and a lot of people tend to have eye problems seeing but can't afford the materials or treatments to get their eyes fix. To be continued, eyes are a very important thing for our everyday life. So with that being said I would like to be a optometrist.

I think that this a true statement because as we seen in the two videos showed in class today we seen one act of kindness that an older man was doing that people don't often hear of then we see a video of something that is very popular across the world that isn't very good to do. Not only isn't it good but it has bad effects on your body and health. This man in the first video would go to the park once every week and give back to those who couldn't afford hair cuts. This is very important because you don't hear things like this too often and the man was doing it out of kindness with no money in return. The payment was a hug and making someone else feel important. However, in the second video we seen it was a very common thing many people young kids and adults do for fun. Drinking. Drinking is very popular around the world. Not only is it popular but many people do it not knowing how drinking alcohol can damage your body. Drinking alcohol is very common but it isn't something young kids and adults should do.So with this being said what's right isn't always popular. And what's popular isn't always right.

Duties And Responsibilities: Tasks depends on the market the designer is working on for, but core responsibilities include: creating and visualizing an idea and producing a design by hand or using computer aided design (CAD) keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well a general trends relating to fabrics, colors, and shapes.

Education: In fashion design, employers usually seek individuals with a 2-year or 4-year degree who are knowledgeable about textiles, fabrics, ornamentation, and fashion trends. Education and training. Fashion designer typically need an associate or a bachelors degree in fashion design.

Reflection: I would like to be a fashion designer because I like clothes. However, I also like shopping so I feel this would be a great task for me to take on. Fashion has always been something I took pride in. I like to dress nicely and stay updated with latest trends. Everything about this profession I like. This explains me and describes me so well. I feel as if i would love doing this and never get bored. This would definitely be a career I say I would further look into.

I agree with this statement 100% it all depends on what path you start with and weather or not you choose to stay on the path you are on or merge onto another. Education is the latch key to success. If you want to be successful you have to work for it. It all depends on if you are willing to cross any road to do what it takes. Hard works takes dedication, effort, and time. Ben Carson had grew up in huge poverty. He took time to learn and become successful.

Drug Issues

Drug use is a very common addiction. Drugs have a huge effect on the body, mind, and spirit. This has become a major public health problem. Many kids become involved with drugs with peer pressure, poor choice of friends, unsupervised time, and family problems and history with drug use. This has taken a big toll on our young teens and kids. About 17% of American high school students are drinking, smoking or using drugs during the school day, according to the National Center of  Addiction and Substance Abuse. The results revealed that 78% of U.S. teens have drank alcohol, and 47% of the group said they'd consume 12 or more drinks in the pass year. That's awfully a lot. Many kids are becoming more and more addicted and are having mental health problems.

I think that this is a true statement because people tend to think just because 9 out of 10 people are doing something that it is right for them to do it. However, that isn't the case. Wrong is wrong and right is right. What makes this statement a powerful statement is we see this in our everyday life and experience it 7 out of 7 days out of the week. That'ts a lot. We see that our friends are doing something and we began to believe since our friends are doing it that its right and that isn't always the case. If we see that something is wrong we should follow the crowd we should be the one in the crowd to stand up and say what's the right thing to do. Most people think because everyone is against one opinion that its bad to say or do. Stand up for what is right even if everyone is against it.

Duties and responsibilities: Duties include skincare, nail care, and hair styling. Cosmetologists influence the clients overall beauty in addition to their facial appearance. For example, they they might to manicures and facial appearance, which makeup artist cannot offer without additional training. Not every cosmetologist works with hair, skin, and nails.

Education: Training & a high school diploma

Demands and need for this profession:  prospective cosmetology students usually need to have a high school diploma or GED. This may be a requirement to enroll in the cosmetology program, or it might be part of the state's requirements to become a licensed cosmetologist. Cosmetology training programs are sometimes available at high schools.

Reflection: I would love to be a cosmetologist because I love style. I like to make people feel great about themselves and I feel that this would be the perfect career for me. Though I am not into makeup I would like to do hair or nails and who knows maybe one day ill become a little more interested in makeup. Not only do like like for people to feel good about themselves I feel as sometime women don't treat themselves as often as they should and they began to loose their confidence. However I would like to show people that you are beautiful no matter of age, color, and facial appearance. Your heart and attitude is what makes you who you are.

I disagree with this statement because their is such a thing. I believe that you can be right by doing wrong but you can also be wrong by doing right. For example if you are playing in the playground and you hit someone and they hit you back, you are wrong for hitting them but they are wrong for hitting you back but right at the same time because you hit them and they were defending themselves. In addition to that I believe that their is also at time where you are right and can't be wrong and when you are wrong and possibly can't be right. For example if you go to the store and you take something without paying you possibly can't be right you are wrong and wrong is wrong. However, anther example is when you hear someone talking bad about your mom and you defend her you are right for defending her if it isn't in a really rude and disrespectful way unless they weren't polite about the situation when they were confronted. This is why I partially disagree with this statement. You can be right by doing wrong but you can also be wrong by doing right.

•  about 45 percent of U.S. teens will have tried marijuana at least once in their lifetime. In 2015, nearly 22 percent of high school seniors reported current marijuana use, and 6 percent used marijuana daily. 

 Marijuana use among teens is thought to be more widespread than alcohol use. Yet, many parents still don't believe their teen would ever smoke pot. 

How can you promote Non-Marijuana use?

How we can all promote Non-Marijuana use is all of us coming together as a society to stop it together. If not than it starts within yourself to do something and eventually everyone will follow.

Demand or Need For This Profession: Master's degree

Reflection: I would like to do this because I am all about helping people and it would grow my skills with working with different personalities and people. Originally I wanted to be a registered nurse but now i might actually take this profession into consideration.

All of his hard work never went unnoticed. He was saying that it was never in plan for him to be remembered as a big role model that it was a plan for him to do the right thing. His number one priority was teaching young kids whats life more than he taught them basketball. I think Dean Smith was a good coach because he was life a father to the basketball team members. He was a big influence in their life. Still today he is still being acknowledge for all his achievements. He retired winning more than 500 games. He was ranked as number one team coach who has ever won that many games. However, today other team coaches have passed that number of wins.

Duties and Responsibilities: Typical duties of a nursing home administrators include overseeing staff and personnel, financial matters, medical care, medical supplies, facilities, and other duties as specific position demands.

Education: Education required is a Bachelors degree in healthcare administration. However, most nursing homes administrators have Master degree in long term care administration, health service administration, public health or business administration.

Demands and needs for this profession: Bachelors degree

Reflection: No me personally I would not want to be a nursing home administrator because I have very little patients with people. However, it would be nice just to help others but i feel this job isn't for me.
